Pointe Surfside
Pointe Surfside in Huntington Beach is a visually intriguing
project. With a plethora of angles, posts, beams, and colors,
Point Surfside is exceptionally stimulating to the eye. This
project was completed on a construction rehab that included
these towering staircases, winding walkway landings, all patio
decking, even tennis court resurfacing. JFP Painting Service,
Inc. applied a complete exterior semi-elastomeric coating to
all residential and recreational buildings and a specialty tennis
court resurfacing. We worked closely with Delmar Pacific and
Pacific Coast Weatherproofing, who handled the new wood and
decks. We even received some hands-on aid from Pulaski, Arita,
and Olsson Architects.
