JFP Painting Service has been maintaining Stoney Pointe for
several years; contracted time and time again for the painting
needs of this upscale community. In October of 2003, JFP began
a total exterior repaint. As always, the expectations of the
residents were far exceeded. Professionally managed by Keystone
Pacific Property Management in Irvine, and joined by the support
of Dunn-Edwards Paints, JFP had a great team with which to work.
The colors were a perfect blend of neutral earth tones, accented
by grays and blues to yield a very pleasant and warm environment.
Stoney Pointe is located at Bear Brand and Camino Del Avion
in Laguna Niguel. The canyon views are breathtaking. The community
urges anyone to come by and take a look at JFP's detail and
commitment to quality.
